December is the twelfth and final month of the Gregorian calendar and the first month of winter. It derives its name from the Latin word decem, meaning ten, as December was the tenth month of the oldest Roman calendar. The Latin name is derived from Decima, the middle Goddess of the Three Fates who personifies the present.
Are you interested in helping keep events alive and enjoy what this community has to offer. We are planning on having elections for our Community Association December 10. Come and help make a difference ~ Do you like our events? Do you have some ideas that could help our community? Do you have a couple hours each month and want that feeling of “giving back”? Maybe this is a perfect spot for you. Come to our meeting Tuesday December 10, at Bridges in downtown Lake Nebagamon, starts at 6pm.
